Small Group Fitness Classes

Select Fitness Tucson offers a variety of small group fitness classes including boot camp, circuit training, TRX, athletic training, pilates and yoga.

All our fitness classes are taught by certified personal fitness trainers or certified yoga and pilates instructors and are limited to small groups of 4-8 people so all participants still get plenty of individual attention.

Our fitness classes focus on training smarter in order to achieve results and you WILL be challenged during every single class with dynamic exercise progressions and a fun upbeat atmosphere.

Our small group fitness classes are fun, very effective for fat loss and fitness plus they're highly motivating without all the hardcore and extreme intimidation tactics you see at many other places. Our classes vary from month to month based on trainer availability and client preferences but the quick class descriptions below offer more details on some of our most popular classes. Full Body Circuit Training - A combination of strength training on machines and with body weight for general fitness and conditioining.

TRX Bodyweight Fitness - The TRX suspension trainer is one of the most popular pieces of fitness gear and can be used anywhere to train the entire body. This class combines all the top TRX fitness moves for total body fat burning, strength, toning, core conditioning, and flexibility.

Weight Loss Boot Camp - A combination of body weight exercises, weight training, cardio intervals on and off machines, plus core and stretching that blasts fat and calories and is designed to keep your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours after your workout.

Pilates - this class includes both mat pilates exercises and pilates equipment exercises that strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Classes focus on each participants fitness goals and are customized to each group.
