Our beautiful, 3000 square foot studio has been open since February of 1995.

We renovated in March of 2006, and are located on the Southwest corner of Swan & Sunrise, conveniently located in the central foothills.

We offer a fully equipped Personal Training and Pilates studio, and in addition to our highly trained staff, we offer showers, towel service, plenty of free parking, and fantastic mountain views.
