How many times a week do I need personal training?

I want to start personal training but I'm not sure how many times a week I need to train and if I can fit that in to my busy schedule. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Hi Melissa

For maximum results, we recommend you work with a personal trainer 3 times per week. The main reason is you'll be able to learn more and achieve visible results faster. Working with a trainer several times a week also keeps you consistent, boosts motivation, and helps you avoid the typical mistakes that people make when getting started with an exercise routine.

Eventually you can cut back to fewer sessions per week or join one of our group fitness classes and supplement those with a few one on one personal training sessions per month. There are many options that can fit into a busy schedule.
